Shipping Policy


Welcome to Studio Bouclè! Originally a New Zealand business, we are now stationed in Australia with our warehouse located in Brisbane. We design premium products constructed from dense foam and bouclè fabric. To ensure customer convenience, our items are thoughtfully packaged in transportable boxes, facilitating effortless handling and mobility.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Studio Bouclè is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Lead Times

All orders aim to be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. However, please allow for potential delays around our peak season due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Australian Deliveries

Delivery costs will fluctuate depending on location. For domestic orders in Australia, please expect a delivery time of roughly 3-5 business days (excludes rural addresses). 

International Deliveries

We have shipping rates set up for Australia and New Zealand. Please note you will be responsible for any duties and taxes that may apply to International orders. 
We do not ship to the United States.

Please check the sizing first as Australia may have different bed base and mattress sizes!
